Orders And Payments

Orders may be processed through third-party payment providers. Shipping costs, taxes and fulfillment details may vary by destination, product configuration and package size.

Installation Support

LatticeSmart manufactures and sells products but does not directly perform installation. When installer coverage is available, we may share your project information with independent installers. Installer scheduling, pricing, workmanship and agreements are handled independently by the installer.

Member Tools And AI Visualizer

Design Studio and AI preview tools are provided for visualization and planning. Generated previews are illustrative and should not be treated as engineering drawings, installation instructions or guaranteed final results.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt to access systems without authorization.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LatticeSmart is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use, third-party services or independent installer work.
